Because all products sold through PSD Mockup Studio are digital downloads, refunds are not offered once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
Digital files cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can. Once a PSD file has been delivered, it is possible to copy, save, and use it, which means it cannot be revoked or resold. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
That said, I genuinely want you to have a good experience.
If you have any issues with your file, such as:
- Trouble opening the PSD
- Smart objects not working as expected
- Questions about how to use the mockup
- A file error or technical problem
